New to Coweta Public Schools?

Step One - Check Boundary Map

•  CPS District Boundary Map
  • If you're within the district boundary, select appropriate Elementary on your address.
  • If you still can't determine your school, please contact our Transporation office for help. (918) 486-5005

Step Two - Gather Your Documents

• Student(s) Birth Certificate
• Proof of residence (one of the following)
  • Current utility bill (cannot be a cut-off notice)
  • Lease Agreement
• Immunization record or signed exemption form
  •  Immunization Requirements
• Parent/Guardian State-issued Photo ID
• CDIB Card/Membership Card
  • If applicable, Native American citizenship registration card and/or membership card.

Step Three - Fill out Enrollment Form 

Step Four - Return Completed Forms and Documents to School
